Has social media distracted our athletes? Is it difficult to infuse social media into a positive experience and help athletes set and stay focused on goals. Goals for training sessions, weekly, monthly and annually. Incorporating the hand held devices, laptops into training plans. Do specific (event) athletes benefit more form social media than others? I have looked into the pros and cons of social media and have yet to find a definitive answer.
